EQUIPMENT OVERVIEW

■  Our fully automatic flat mask machine realizes the flow  process of full-automatic raw materials feeding, nose bridge bar cutting, mask pressing and welding, ultrasonic fusing, forming, cutting, ear band feeding and welding. The whole process is completed from raw materials to finished products.

■  The production line of the fully automatic one-to-two flat mask machine mainly consists of a body machine, a flap conveying line and two ear loop welding machines. After the main body machine outputs the mask body, the mask body is transported to the turning mechanism by the conveyor belt structure, the mask body is turned over to the conveyor belt connected to the ear strap machine by the turning mechanism, and then the mask body is transported to the ear strap machine by the conveyor belt and be settled in the fixed plate of the ear strap machine by pressing down the cylinder , and then the ear strap machine completes the process of welding and wrapping, etc., thereby completing a flat mask with ear loops.
